![]() It is surprisingly filling and satisfying. I blend it with a hand blender and drink it with a straw. I put in some frozen blueberreis, some fresh fruit (whatever I've got on hand, or my daughters half eaten banana), and some cocoa nibs and cover it with almond milk. I use frozen blueberries but strawberries are awesome too. I've started having smoothies for breakfast every day. The secret is to pull it out of the freezer every hour and crush up the ice lumps so it doesn't turn into one big ice cubes. That is where you make an ices mixture and freeze it. It takes delicious and is very creamy and smooth.
